This Privacy Policy explains how 9DIGI INNOVATIVE LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our") manages, processes, and protects data indexed by our enterprise service OmniThread.io.
OmniThread.io links third-party SaaS accounts (Slack, Teams, Email, Jira, Asana) via read-only APIs. We parse, normalize, and save these communication records inside single-tenant databases. These indexes are used only to respond to user semantic search queries and generate briefing files.
We do not share your indexed records, prompts, or documents with any public model networks. Client vector databases are isolated on separate host instances under strict tenant guidelines.
